Drone Roof Inspection

Limited Thermal Imaging

Limited Thermal Imaging

Contrary to popular belief, it is not required for home inspectors to walk on roofs, but we believe it's important. If we can't walk the roof, we use a high-quality drone to inspect it. This generally occurs on homes that are two stories or more.  *pending weather & environmental factors*

Limited Thermal Imaging

While the naked eye can see  visible problems, it can’t see everything. Infrared imaging allows unseen problems to be found, which might lead to major problems down the road. This important tool is a big advantage for new home buyers

5-Star Google Reviews

pre-drywall inspector, internachi certified

A pre-drywall inspection, also known as a rough-in inspection, is a critical phase in the construction process of a new home or renovation project. This inspection occurs after the foundation, framework, roofing, exterior covering, doors, windows, mechanical systems, plumbing, and electrical have been installed and before the insulation and interior walls and ceilings are covered.

Ohio-Licensed WDO/WDI/PEST Inspector

Terminate inspections are not required for purchasing or refinancing a home. However, some lending institutions need a qualified & licensed pest technician to determine if the home is free from termites and other pests that destroy wood before they lend money to the buyer. FHA/VA loans require the main house & detached buildings to be inspected by a state licensed WDI Inspector. And of course, Josh can recommend this service if he suspects there is insect/pest damage.

InterNACHI Certified Home Inspector

The International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI®) promotes a high standard of professionalism, business ethics and inspection procedures.

Ohio Licensed Radon Tester
