Meet Matt- home inspector
Matt Hayes is an Ohio-Licensed Professional Home Inspector (InterNACHI certified) and licensed radon tester with a strong background in fire service. As a career firefighter/medic and fire inspector, he brings a sharp eye for safety, structure and potential hazards- skills that translate directly into thorough, detail-focused home inspections.
Outside of work, Matt enjoys fishing & woodworking, giving him a hands-on appreciation for how homes are built and the details that matter. He's known for being meticulous, honest and easy to talk to, helping clients feel informed and comfortable throughout the inspection process.
Matt is based in the Medina area and is a devoted husband to his wife, Erin, and a proud dad of two boys.

Meet Megan
“Behind every great man there’s a great woman.” Que Megan’s introduction…
Megan is a full time stay-at-home wife and mother. She is also the “do-er of all things" behind the scenes at Rescue 4 Home Inspection.
Megan handles everything you read and see (minus the home inspection reports, of course) and handles the majority of the home inspection scheduling. She also works to foster new & existing business relationships and makes sure every transaction is handled with efficiency. An extra set of eyes overseeing an operation is always a good thing!
Megan and Josh have been a team for the past 20 years. Everything they have accomplished, they’ve accomplished together. Every goal they set their sights on, they worked patiently toward making it happen. Rescue 4 Home Inspection is no different. Together they will make sure each job is handled with tremendous care, attention and of course, integrity. No matter what it takes!
